For Zhaolou Coal Mine ZLD project, Kunyee supplied a ZLD industrial mining wastewater treatment plant with a total capacity of 20000 m3/day.   The process includes UF filtration, primary RO filtration, softening process, secondary RO filtration, high pressure DTRO technology and evaporation/crystallization technology. At the membrane concentration stage, the salt content increased from 5,000 mg/L to 136,000 mg/L, reaching a concentration factor of 30. The water recovery rate is as high as 97%, and the reclaimed water quality meets the reuse standard for the power plant.
