Process Flow Chart of DTRO+STRO Containerized Leachate Treatment System

All above processes can meet the leachate discharge standards.
Leachate Treatment Process for MSW Incineration Sites
The balance tank and grid sand-sedimentation tank mainly remove silt in the original filtrate and homogenize and equalize the feed water.
Anaerobic UASB mainly removes pollutants such as COD, with a removal rate of 75%-90%.
MBR mainly consists of denitrification tank, nitrification tank, and an external ultrafiltration system, mainly removing ammonium nitrogen (with a removal rate of 99%) and the remaining COD from leachate.
The biological pre-treated effluent enters the DTRO/STRO membrane system. The DTRO/STRO system consists of high pressure STRO/DTRO membrane modules.

Leachate Treatment Process for MSW Landfill Sites
The balance tank and grid sand-sedimentation tank mainly remove silt and homogenize and equalize the raw water.
The hydrolysis tank mainly improves the biodegradability of the leachate.
MBR consists of denitrification tank, nitrification tank, and an external ultrafiltration system, which is used to remove ammonium nitrogen (with a removal rate of 99%) and the rest COD from leachate.
The biological pre-treated effluent enters the DTRO/STRO membrane system. The DTRO/STRO system consists of high pressure STRO/DTRO membrane modules. The DTRO/STRO membrane system can achieve water production rate of over 80% and reach different effluent standard.
